The Sacred Roots Code of Conduct outlines our collective commitments as a spiritual community — agreements we make together to protect the integrity of our space and the wellbeing of every member.
We commit to honest, compassionate dialogue. We speak our truth while remaining open to the truth of others. We avoid gossip, triangulation, and passive communication.
We take ownership of our emotions, actions, and their impact. We do not project our wounds onto others or use spiritual frameworks to avoid accountability.
We honor the relational agreements of our community. Romantic or sexual pursuit of members who have not indicated interest is not appropriate in community spaces.
We respect the right of every individual to make their own choices about their spiritual path and personal life — without pressure, judgment, or coercion.
If you witness or experience a violation of these agreements, please bring it to the attention of a facilitator. We address conflict with care, not punishment.
